"The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, accommodating, and nice. The only cons are the elevators and the area - too small and sometimes you have to wait a while to get upstairs. As for the area - it’s a very touristy location so expect a lot of traffic if taking a grab car. But the area is also very close to a lot of the malls such as Siam, Terminal 21, Emsphere, Emsquatier, and MBK. Overall, great hotel. "

"Room was spacious, spotless with a great view of the city. There was a personalized welcome message on the TV when I entered. Luggage was delivered to my door. Every staff member in the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay, especially those working at the pool and fitness centre. 10/10 would recommend"
