I would have rated it 5 star, but the food service the 2 times l went to the lobby bar was terrible. The first time l was there in December I was seated at a reserved table. I advised them l would consume my food quick, and was toldno problem.
I ordered my good, and while waiting was told that l needed to vacate the table. I advised the rather RUDE waiter, l was seated there by one of the other staff.
He basically said the table was reserved although the people who reserved the table were not even there yet.He embarrased me in front of the other guests, and i advised him l would never be back and HE can pay for the food.
Yesterday, i foolishly tried to eat there again. Iwas seated and ordered French Onion soup and a burger.
45 minutes goes by and l tell them l do not want my appetizer coming with the burger. The Manager comes over , apologizes and says he is going to check on my food 15 more minutes fo by and still nothing but apologies.
Later that night l call upRoom service and make what l think is aneasy order. A Margherita pizza with NO TOMATO SLICES ON TOP, l guess that was to difficult as it came covered in tomato. I send it back and they make another one, this time it is covered with slices of CHEDDAR CHEESE. Even the poor waiter looked at it and apologized.
I order breakfast in the Diamond club and come to find oit it is no longer prepared in the kitchen LOCATED AT THE DIAMOND CLUB
I even tipped who was what l thought was the chef cooking my meal. NOPE.
