"Friendly staff, and it was a nice surprise to be upgraded to a suite. The hotel is very convenient for the ski bus, and the grotto hot tub was the highlight after a day on the slopes. It’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown Banff, and there’s also a bus stop right outside the hotel if you’d rather not walk."

"Our stay was fine. The parking situation around the room we were assigned could be a bit of a struggle. We were in room 812 and the uplight illuminating BML signage was crazy bright coming into our room at night with the blinds closed. I would also not classify the stay as peaceful. There was non-stop noise coming from rooms around us as well as outside in the parking lot area, walkways, and Tunnel Mountain RD. I could hear what was being said in the adjacent room late at night. To some those might not be a bother, but for others.. it can be an issue."

"Traffic: 5/5, easily get around. Good location. Cleanses: 3/5 Staff:4/5 Breakfast: with fee. Coffee/hot water/tea bags: all day at lobby Not really noise proof:2/5. easily heard noise from room above and outside. "

"The kitchen had most things. We asked the front desk for bucket coffee filters and it would have been nice to have a not-stick frying pan or skillet. Otherwise, it met all our needs. Great spot after a day of skiing and hiking."
