I was in Bandung for 4 days and nothing makes me dissappointed about this hotel, i really recommend this hotel to everyone if they are looking for comfort, good breakfast, value for money and strategic location which is near to most of the factory outlets, Holland Bakery, Amanda brownies and also ATM, very very very convenient to all travellers, the exterior and interior design is very unique and travaller can experience something different with the interior, very clean and nice toilet as well,...

The room was not maintained properly. Lighting was bad, insufficient, imagine you have to work during your trip on your laptop, it would be a strain. There are lights, but could find the switch, thus I do not know how to switch them on. The room booked was for for 4 pax but they only provided 2 key cards, what a disappointment, imagine all 4 of us has to go out separately, how to manage??? Furthermore, access to the floor must be with access card. When ask for additional access cards,...
