Very good hotel centrally located in Bandung. Friendly, helpful staff who spoke good English. Very good breakfast with excellent selection. Excellent large swimming pool, though chlorine levels seemed rather high and stung our eyes. Although alcohol is available, it would be nice to have been able to have a cocktail or other drink in the lobby area.

I enjoy my stay here, the staff were wonderful, location is perfect, they just need to improve the bedroom cleanliness, bathroom curtains looks like it has never been washed for years, the walls need to be re-painted, bed sheets were smelly on my first night there

Satisfying nevertheless Need a Little Touch
Service is excellent, check in and check out are very good. Need improvement in room lighting, please return it to warm white. Parking quite limited though, need to walking quite a distance everyday from the hotel elevator everyday, with extra effort on check out.....

Very easy access to the Plaza. Strategic place for tourist like me.Only the electric kettle is too small in the room. Overall had a nice stay for 3 nights. The Business Room was good.The buffet breakfast was 👌. The staffs were polite & gentle .Keep it up your excellent service always!

Impressive!
Old and elegant. I stayed in a Business room with great view, spacious room and bathroom. With seating area, very comfortable bed. The room service menu has very good price and the food presentation is beautiful, big portion and delicious! Swimming pool is huge, quiet and clean. The spa is old but functional sauna - perhaps a little TLC like makibgvit smell nicer and put some small touches like flowers. Gym is has no view but with updated equipment. Garden area is beautiful and well looked after. The hotel is connected to a mall. Out of 5 hotels I stayed in Bandung this is my number one choice and I highly recommend it. The plus factor the reception staff speaks English very well, friendly and accommodating.

We had awesome experience staying in Aryaduta. Great location, next to Bandung Indah Plaza. And also close to Trans Studio, really pleasant and clean rooms. The staffs are so friendly, incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We stayed with our two boys and they were so happy.

Noe, reception staff its not acceptable
I was check in at midnight time, tired and sleepy with my family. at first was serve by young man, a nice person but then transferred by a senior staff by his own decision (this senior staff, Noe ?) He was act as superior person and less nice, swipe my card twice in his edc machine, but don't show any proof it wasn't succeed, so I need to check my self on my phone banking. Was asks for more sleeper due to cold tile but didn't get it until check out. after check out was using toilet in lobby area, there are 2 regular room and one for disabilities, but one was occupied and the other one had damaged door so cant be closed. I used one for disabilities and its very dirty with after used tissue

I got a room facing the mountains and the view is fabulous. The room is spacious. The bed is nice (although you can see that it's a bit old as it tilts slightly downwards), anyway it's still fluffy & I had pretty good sleep. Toilet is quite ok, the only bad thing about it is the water doesn't go down the drain so fast, so you may experience a little ponding (for both the bath tub and wastafel). The hot water is warm with heavy flow.

Considering this hotel is quite old, while some of the facilities need to be upgraded, the hotel seems to maintain certain level of standard, especially in terms of maintenance. Best part is this hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall :)

The breakfast buffet is extensive, with traditional indonesian food and western food. Staff are friendly, especially the security at the road entrance and front desk. It was a great hotel to stay at.

Best hotel in Bandung
It is the hotel I always use when I visit Bandung, why because the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are of a good size and the corridors are well lit and quiet. I have tried other newer hotels, but I always come back to the Aryaduta

Nice Room, Unprofessional Reception
I've prebooked via online since 3 weeks in advance. On the day, arrived at the hotel at 4 PM. But they said room was not ready and asked me to wait until unpredictable time. I was upset and complained. Then, got upgraded to Deluxe which was a nice, large room, clean.

Good family hotel
Great hotel for family. Rooms are huge. We booked 2 interconnecting deluxe rooms. The hotel is right next to a mall, so getting night snacks for the kids and grandparents was convenient. It’s quite central I suppose as it’s nearby to quite a number of good restaurants, spa and factory outlets. Kids don’t mind coming back to this hotel again if we decide on a return trip even though we didn’t even have time to check out the pool. Minus points though were that we didn’t get to check in on time, we got the smoking room floor although requested for non-smoking in the booking (one of the rooms smelt bad) and the towels were not up to good class hotel. There wasn’t any hand towels and toilet floor mat, and only 1 face towel.
