"Perfect for travelers from Terminal 1. The hotel accommodated my late check in then upgraded my room to 9th floor plus free buffet breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. The buggy ride to and fro the hotel and KLIA was convenient and fun! Short stay for me but sweet! "

"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller through was tight. Breakfast had a wide selection, I particularly enjoyed the salad section and sweet treats available. The omelette is one of the tastiest in a hotel I've had. Overall a very enjoyable stay!"
