"The customer service granted to my friend and I was AMAZING! I have a lung condition and everyday of our five day stay, o could text lobby for them to take me to the restaurant in their buggy. Everyone from the restaurant team, spa, lobby were kind, sweet and very attentive with us. "

"Hotel was tranquil and reasonably clean. However, outdoor bathroom and gaps in the wooden windows meant there were heaps of mosquitoes even in the hotel room. The toilet which was located outdoors was also often wet during rainy season. Location wise, it was close to a number of tourist spots that our kids enjoyed. However, this also meant prices within the hotel and surroundings can be quite expensive. Overall, the staff were friendly and food was great. Not sure if I would recommend visiting...

We tried out their Spa and felt super refreshed after. I even secretly worked with the hotel and staff to set up a candlelight dinner as a surprise for my wife...

"The property was beautiful. Although, the aircon didn’t work. Maybe for an hour max and then stopped, we stayed 4 nights and it was so uncomfortable and very very hot. Other customers were complaining of their aircon not working either. Would also be good if there was a mini fridge upstairs, a bin and also bottled water for brushing teeth. "
