"Hotel is very tired, staff are not welcoming. Manager (In all black suit around kitchen area) seemed to walk around looking angry and very unwelcoming. Food is cheaply made, hot dog sausages in a curry is not food for a hotel of this stature. If included or not in the hotel price. Hotel rooms very tired and no headboard which reminds me of a student accomodation, not for a hotel that charges 1500 a night. Hit and miss on staff being friendly and welcoming. Not consistent."

"Where to start...I was recommended this Hotel, so i tried contacting the hotel using their website. The contact info is old, cant call the phone number. Because of the contact issue, i felt i took a risk booking it. But thought it would be fine for one night... Review: 1) If it was possible to attach pictures i would, i am not sure if i got the worst room in the Hotel. But my room did NOT look anything like any of the rooms in the pictures. "Zeinab at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, providing us with valuable information about the tours and local history. We enjoyed a pleasant supper in the evening, which included water, coffee, and tea, and found breakfast to be quite satisfying. The staff were notably friendly, enhancing our experience. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
