Short stay

This hotel is combination of different kinds of accomodations. Breakfast and dinner are served in castle type building. Rooms have had their best times many years ago. I would not stay again. Restaurant should change the chef.

Ingen bra vistelse!

Sängarna var bra, gulligt område men rummet i övrigt ganska dåligt, 70 tals standard med mörka möbler. Skräpigt och dåligt städat i bla.badrummet, löst höngande kontakter på väggarna, toasitsen hände löst. Hade uppskattat en sopborste till utemöblerna! Frukosten under all kritik, ljummet kaffe, kallt och segt bacon. Äggen och äggröran kalla! Verkar inte finnas någon kvalitetskontroll överhuvudtaget!

Miljön vinner

När det är ett evenemang som Diggiloo vore det ju fantastiskt om utcheckningen kunde vara senare än 10. På ett badlakan fanns det rosa,rött märke, troligtvis sminktester som ej gått bort i tvätten? Vi fick den sista frukost tiden, då önskar man att det skulle vara påfyllt bland grönsaker och pålägg, bestick. Miljön är fantastisk!

En natt med min dotter

Vi hade en fin natt på Sundbyholm. Fint hotell och mycket fina omgivningar och härligt strand. Jag kommer absolut vilja åka tillbaka dit.

När tv;n inte funkade kom en personal inom 10 min o löste problemet. Trevliga omgivningar att promenera runt i. Gullig slottskatt. När man skulle gå från boendet till slottet för frukost fanns paraplyer på rummet att använda.

Mycket bra personal

Väldigt trevlig, tillmötesgående och trevlig personal. Väldigt fin resturang och bra frukostbuffé. Rummen kanske skulle behöva rustas upp. Badrummet såg nytt och fräscht ut. Är man petig så var rummet inte välstädat då det var damm under sängarna.
Det ser ut som stugor men innehåller familjerum likt hotellrum.

Stor besvikelse. Hade sett fram enormt mycket att få åka och bo just på Sundbyholm. Dåligt städat ( både dammråttor och tandkrämsrester kvar av tidigare gäster) Frukosten i klass med budgethotell och som inte fylldes på löpande utan stod med tomma fat och man fick säga till.

Helt underbart att bo i husen med svit och egen veranda. Rent och fräscht överallt. Välskött både in- och utvändigt. Personalen var fantastiskt!!

Trevligt område men avsaknad av gästvänlighet

Rum/stuga var så varm att det inte gick att sova där. Det var fullt på hotellets restaurang så vi fick gå iväg och äta middag på parkbänk då restaurang vid hamnen oxå fullbokad. Frukost var sparsam, för dom pengarna hade det vart trevligt med lite mer omsorg och tanke.
