"Great location and friendly staff"

"The room was a nice size, breakfast was good, but you had to be there early to grab something before it was gone, the bed was comfortable. The only thing was it was loud, you could hear everything going on outside and because it was spring break, the kids were out late and it sounded like they were right outside our door. I would stay here again but I would choose a different room or stay when it's not so busy."

"Stayed 4 nights over memorial day weekend. Even had our fur child and we couldn’t have asked for a better a stay. From the front desk to valet and rides to nearby spots. Very accommodating. The rooftop is a must! We will be back for sure!!"

"We stayed here for one night cause I had an event to attend the next morning and we don't live nearby. First, the 30 dollar parking was insane and there was huge trucks double parked so we were lucky to squeeze in somewhere. Second the room was missing a nightstand and a lightbulb, I had to move the bed because one of the lights was unplugged and considering we only had one other light with a lightbulb, we needed it, no tissues, half a roll of toilet paper with no refill and there were no cups...

"After seeing the photos, I booked 3days, for my business trip. New Owners have turned the old Harbor Bay Inn into a “Go To” place for a simple, well appointed room. Every room is remodeled (less than 6month as of this review 6-2026). Everything is new! Not just refreshed or painted over. Very impressed. "We had a great time. However I had 2 separate delivery people tell me the Hilton wouldn’t let them bring my food to the room. This was annoying bc my food got stolen out of the lobby on the second time I ordered it. The staff acted like it was my fault."

"They have a handicapped parking spot that blocks 2 other parking spots and makes it really difficult to pull in and out of the other three spots. And of course a huge SUV was parked in this handicapped spot making it very difficult to get in and out. The room was relatively clean. There were some large stains on the carpet. Everything seemed a little dusty. You can hear all the cars and motorcycles, driving down PCH.So, it makes it a little hard to sleep at night."
