Ronel, Jayvee, Dondee, and Kingswell, just to name a few, were outstanding in their hospitality towards us. Our in-room massages, and both of our masseuses, were great. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and most assuredly would come to stay here again. "

"Fiancé arrived early and had to wait which is understandable however at 3:35 pn still no room and hotel staff was not very accommodating nor friendly where other folks also arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Communication needs to be improved to let guests know what is going on. This was 2nd stay there and only good point was distance to the airport."
