"The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We needed our converter to work and the maintenance person came right up to insert a connector so that it worked. Breakfast was good with variety of choices. Location good for walking to restaurants and markets to buy fresh fruit and water."

"We had a very good stay at GHL Hotel. The property is located outside of Puno, so it’s quite remote with no nearby restaurants or stores. I asked for laundry service and this was very expensive. 3 t-shirts, a cargo pant, few underwear and a lightweight jacket came to around 12 USD in the end. They even called my room asking for more money because the jacket was cleaned differently apparently. Breakfast was decent. The room looked dated and need of modernization."
