"This stay was by far our favorite in all our time in Italy. Very clean, spacious, AC worked, provided free water, breakfast was DELICIOUS! Staff was so helpful and friendly, went above and beyond for us, cleaned our room twice a day and always available to help us out. "This could just be the most beautiful property! The staff is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. It is a magical experience. Couple things to note . Not a complaint. The hotel is eco friendly so the soaps, shampoos are in bar form. Sorrento has stairs and cobblestones but is far more walkable than Capri etc. Book this hotel ! "
