"We had known that there were extra charges added to the bill before staying here but we had not expected just how much. We were charged an extra 250.12 euro at the end of our trip for 4 adults and 2 children. They have tried to charge us this amount twice. We are alerting the visa fraud team about this now. These charges are shocking considering we used our own internet and did not pay for wifi which I understand is very expensive. We were charged over 80 euro to rent bedlinen and towels!!...

"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases.
