Great 2 days stay during Berlin Marathon. Close to airport with very reliable shuttle service to airport every 15 mins. There is no train station close by you have to go to airport for public transport buses and trains. Not a lot of amenities about just a deli/restaurant next to apartment. Staff are friendly place is clean.

Room was fine, clean, and comfortable. But the onsite check in and overall hospitality experience was so-so. Everything is automated and very impersonal. You are on your own for everything including airport transfers. Front door was locked at one point and people trying to check in could not signal any staff to let them in. Fortunately I had a room key and let them in so they could self check in. Self serve coffee had no cream. Sorry to be petty, but a very impersonal experience and if you're ok with that, then I give two stars.

This hotel is so convenient, super clean, and totally fine for one night before a flight. The WLAN was awesome, the bed comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean, the washroom very convenient, and the connection to the airport super simple. The round the clock coffee machine wa wonderful but the food at the shop was dreadful. Also, getting in was a bit confusing but I figured it out. I arrived 20 minutes before checkin so that was problematic as the check in time cannot be even a tiny bit altered. I will still book again! It was perfect for what I needed.

First booking it. Surpised positivly. Easy way to get access to the hotel and the room. Good parking opportunities as well as a brilliant connection to the airport. Facility is fine but could be a bit more exclusiv but thats just my point of view when having to evaluate it.

Very nice space, quiet, lots of amenities (i.e. a shop downstairs to buy food). A bit remote, which is not a problem if you have a car, and the best way to get into the city is to go back to the airport and take the FEX. Also, everything (such as opening doors) has to go through your phone, so you may be out of luck late night if your phone is out of juice. Other than that I'd certainly book it again.

On Expedia it listed airport transfers but the hotel didn’t respond to my request. Taxis are over $20 to go 5 minutes. The area around the hotel is just 3 other hotels, no stores or restaurants… The building and apartment were very nice, clean and easily accessible once you make it to the building.

I was supposed to check in Friday but my flight was delayed till Saturday. I arrived Saturday night but on weekends there’s nobody in the office and nobody to call to get access. I had to get another hotel nearby at 11pm Saturday for the whole weekend because of it. It’s a clean and nice hotel but overall experience was terrible considering I paid for 7 nights but couldn’t even get in until Monday. Paying an extra few hundred dollars just to have somewhere to sleep after a long night. Not to mention stressful arriving late at night, having 0 access trying to figure out what to do.

One night stay at ipartment. Property is fairly new, bed is comfortable. Kitchen is clean, utensil, pots and pan are provided. The only thing is.. we booked and paid for airport shuttle, but there was no direction provided as to where to board the shuttle. No one, including information station at the airport knew where the shuttle station is. We arrived late that night because of thunder and lightening storm We could not find the shuttle that could take us to Northgate parking garage and no one could be able to help us. We finally had to paid for five minute taxi ride to the Ipartment and forgo the shuttle. More direction would be appreciated.

Find another hotel...

This is a very modern, comfortable, and attractive place to stay. I came during the worldwide tech outage, and it is understandable that I did not get my confirmation email 24 hours before. I called 3 different times on the day of check in, and two representatives could not understand my issue and another hung up on me because she could not speak English. Both representatives kept saying either I will get my email with room code in an hour, and then no later than 2:30pm. It came at 3:30. I was also assured there would be someone onsite to help if needed, but in the two days I was there, there was a sign on the office door saying no one is here and to call reservations. The reservations line kept wanting to transfer me back to the site. Just disorganized. Lastly, the air conditioning was not strong or did not work - I could not tell. I couldn't contact anyone because no one was here. Everything else was okay and comfortable, but I likely would not stay here again.
