"This location is perfect just one block from palaces and gardens. The property is beautiful kept is on a street with historic charm, its safe and easily accessible. "The check-in and check-out staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and the complimentary minibar provided by the hotel was such a delightful surprise. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent it was especially convenient for visiting Sanssouci Park. If I come back to Potsdam, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a variety of homemade jams, fresh bread, and delicious food."

"The hotel is a little way out of the centre of Potsdam, but access is easy with plenty of regular buses. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food which was always kept topped up. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Geräumig; durchdacht; gute LAGE. Wir hatten zweimal wegen des NICHT vorhandenen Internets angerufen. Uns wurde Rückruf und Behebung des Mangels zugesagt, dies war auch am vierten Tag noch nicht geschehen. Ein scharfes Messer wäre wünschenswert. "
