"We had a nice stay overall, and the front desk staff were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even took the time to recommend a great place to eat within walking distance, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the musty smell in our room as soon as we walked in. It was noticeable right away and took away a bit from the overall comfort of the stay. I think addressing the odor and freshening up the room would make a big difference. Overall, the staff were excellent, and we appreciated their hospitality. With a little attention to the room’s freshness, this could be an even better experience."
