Hotels near Back River Beach

"The room was mostly clean other than a used bar of soap left in our shower. We also had no shampoo and no body wash. The room view would have been nice but there was lots of construction that went on till almost 1am and a festival that was starting the next day so they were setting up a a stage and tons of barricades. It definitely wasn’t ideal. I feel like we got scammed for the price we paid ($370)"

"The front desk was super nice. Loved the location and quickness of my stay. The hotel room was great and the ac was nice. Would come again!"

"By far the worst hotel we have stayed at. The room was dirty, found clothes from previous guests behind tv stand. Bathroom was gross and hair all over from other guests. Wires sticking out from where the smoke detector was supposed to be. The condition of the rest of the hotel was overall scary. We left as soon as we could the next day."

"A lot of black scuff marks and dirty corners and baseboards. Did not feel clean. Fridge ice and water panel falling off. Bedspread and blanket in 1 of rooms visibly soiled. Called management for linens to be changed and only a blanket was brought in and paced on bed."

"The property was very nice, clean and close to the beach. The owners really paid attention to detail when they were flipping this property. Also, the bed was great, very comfortable. There were a few things that irked me: (1) taking out the trash (why did I pay a cleaning fee?); (2) the 4 p.m. check-in with a 10 a.m. checkout. Too late and too early. Lastly, the contract was overly long and oppressive. Felt like there was a contingency for everything. Made me a little paranoid. Overall, would definitely stay again. "
