"Very clean. That is my biggest issue and requirement for a hotel. It was spotless. The only issue was the housekeeper entered my room (on day of check out) when I had a DND on the door. It was not even close to check out time and I intended to come back from a meeting and change (hence the DND). When I came back, they had stripped the room and the door was open. The DND was still hanging on the knob. I went to the desk and the clerk immediately contacted the head of housekeeping. She, in turn, led me to another room to change and informed another housekeeper to let the new girl know of the DND procedure. As a prior manager of hotels, I understand the learning curve and language barriers, but the Housekeeping supervisor did an amazing job and defusing the situation. I was in such a rush, I did not get her name."
