"The bed board had scratches. Staff is great. Breakfast included is great, waffles, scrambled eggs, poached eggs and all buffet style. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very close to Mohegan Sun, actually had a reservation at Mohegan but cancelled because they have no pool there! Casino is not at the level of the one in CT."

"The bed linen was nasty with hair including short curly ones, crumbs, other debris I couldn’t identify and stains. We were told there is no housekeeping available and no linen to change the bed when I offered to change the bed linen myself. The restroom on the 1st floor was very nasty and the handle was broke so it could not be locked if you used it."

"I found this experience to be pretty disappointing. I'd lived in Scranton for a long time but had never stayed here until this visit. My wife and I booked a nice room on the top floor and I was eager to see what it was like. I found the reception to be abrupt and unpleasant right from the start. The room itself seemed fine at first. It wasn't until the next day that I found a cockroach. This is bad enough but the front desk seemed unconcerned about this, didn't apologize and only sent...
