"This was a brand new hotel that has been open for a year and you could tell how well it was kept up. It felt brand new a year later"

"The hotel was clean and is very close to campus and the Oxford mile square. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and leave the car in the parking garage. The staff was friendly and always greeted us. The hotel is probably due for a little facelift to freshen it up. The room fridge worked really well ( often this is not the case) and the shower pressure was good. Bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels stocked and ready for us. We would stay there again."

"No hot water when taking a shower. The shower door would not stay closed. The staff was outside when we arrived. They watched us walk in before they came in the building."

"Air conditioning unit in the room did not cool. The room was 88 degrees upon our arrival. After turning the air on and dropping it to the lowest 60 degrees and fan on high the room only ever cooled a few degrees during our entire stay. The pool was closed due to claimed maintenance. The sprinkler system supposedly caused the fire alarm to go off around 10:50pm. Everyone had to vacate the property and wait until the fire department cleared the hotel. The property wasn’t cleared until 12:30am ish...
