"Staff was absolutely AMAZING!! I could not be any happier with their help (husband is disabled); I had to step out and leave him alone. I let staff know, if there were any type of alarm, he would need assistance. They made a note and made me feel at ease leaving him for a bit, that he would be a priority IF there was an emergency. Thank you!!!!!!"

"The staff was awesome. I loved them and they were helpful. The room was hot and humid, no matter how low we turned the temperature. Thankfully the staff provided a portable fan. For next time, make sure they fixed the AC in the room. Room had a roach inside and I killed it before it could go anywhere else. The shops nearby were conveienint and easy to get to. Mellow Mushrooms is a good place to get pizza if you spend all day at Kings Island and just want to relax in your room."

"It was a nice hotel. Wish the staff would have told us the pool was closed at the beginning of the stay. There’s not a lot of privacy in the bathrooms. It’s more of an open concept. Wasn’t a huge fan of having no bathroom door."
