"This place is fantastic!! You never have to leave the property. It has everything you need right there. Multiple restaurants, lots of shopping, indoor and outdoor pool, very clean!!!!! The view of the Bay is beautiful. The staff was so nice and accommodating. This is a great place for the whole family of all ages"

"First- We arrived to be told there was no elevator to our building, that info was no where to be found on the website. I have a 2 year old and a huge beach wagon I would definitely never book somewhere with no elevator. The front desk staff were insanely rude. I was more than willing to pay to upgrade our room- which we did end up doing. She made it seem like I was trying to get a free upgrade. When asked where was our new room- she points to the wall and says “back there”..??? No help at all. The breakfast staff were not nice either. The staff in general are absolutely no help and not nice at all. Will not be staying again."

"While the linens and towels were spotless, the property was not. The bathroom floor has broken tiles sharp enough to cut your foot. Toilet and paper holder were rusty. Ice machine broken and wooden cabana around ice machine falling apart. TV remote only works when standing 1 foot away from the TV. Couch in the room was in poor shape and seemed dirty. I would definitely not want to sit on it let alone pull out the bed. Platform bed and mattress were hard as a rock and left me with back pain. I will definitely not return to this location for another stay."

"***DO NOT STAY HERE**** I have stayed here multiple times and it has been wonderful.... This past weekend was horrendous. The first room we were put in, housekeeping told me he didn't clean it but the front desk guy argued with me and said it was clean. When I said it wasn't his response was what's your definition of clean!!! There was mold in the shower and towels on the floor gross hair all on the toilet. We did get moved but it wasn't any better mold on the ceiling and in the shower still and the floor hadnt been swept or mopped in who knows how long. He also knew the TV was broken and maintenance told us he had told them to not put a new one in there. The service was by far the worst the front desk GM was a complete jerk and has no business being in customer service, and one of the guys on duty was so high he didn't even know what was going on."

"The picture does not accurately reflect the hotel. The ice machine should be in a closed in room, not in the hall across from our room - we stayed two nights and both nights, someone decided to fill an ice chest between midnight and 2 in the morning. The ceilings looked as if there was mold that had been painted over. There were breakfast sandwiches for breakfast - but no instructions on how long to microwave them. Since I do not purchase these at home, it was a guessing game at how long to heat it."
