"We had to go through a parking garage to get to our room, which was odd. Also, the walls were paper thin and could hear exact conversations into the other room adjacent to us."

"Food was so greasy and tasteless. The way it was situated, people were literally on top of one another. Find a larger area to serve food. Please buy better quality food. Sausage,bacon, swimming in oil. Disappointed. Short on staff. Cleaning people only speak very basic English. Hilton used to stand for quality. I will never step foot in Hilton again. Before I forget, when I booked it with the price, at checkout the price went up."

"Breakfast alternates daily so you won't have the same thing each day. Could use another waffle maker since there is always a line for it. Could use vending machines on floors 2 and 4 where ice machine and washer/dryer are. We had no issues with the property. Great location. Right next to entertainment, food, shopping, and the state park."

"We were welcomed by the staff and our room was ready when we arrived at 12:10 p.m. I had registered online and did not have to wait for the 4 p.m. normal checkin. No early check in fees. The location was excellent, beach view with balcony. Parking was easy but $25 per day. Our room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room and coin laundry available on our 5th floor, and possibly on each floor."

"The pool was ok, the staff member Alexa was sooooo rude and unprofessional after asking for toilet tissue multiple times, she smirked like it was a joke. We didn’t have any tissue our entire stay and ending up leaving early, and finding another hotel. My children were devastated. I will NEVER stay at this resort again. I’ll have more to say in my email report. The hallways were also very filthy. "

"The room was clean and the shower was wonderful. Hot water and lots of pressure. We had to get our on towel s and toiletries when we ran out. No housekeeping visited our room. 3,night stay. You have to pay a third party for parking which was $15.00 a day plus taxes. The balcony view was great, the beds were soft and the room was quiet. "

"We stayed on the top floor and beachfront and it was absolutely beautiful. The resort felt pet friendly but there wasnt an overwhelming amount of dogs. The onsite restaurants were nice and a short walk to the pier and boardwalk was also a plus. We cant way to go back!"
