"Clean and big room. I booked a room with no Mount Fuji view but was surprised in the morning when I opened the window and Mt Fuji was there to see and what a view it was. Staff were very helpful and respectful. Onsen was free to use."

The souvenir shop gifts were diverse and unique. The dinner, breakfast and drum show was top-notch. The onsens were huge and gorgeous.
