"A great onsen within the hotel. We stayed in a twin beds room which gave us slightly more space than a double bed. All sorts of extras; toothbrush, razor, slippers, hairbands. The only negative was the pool wasn't open."

"This hotel was so beautiful. It was one of four I stayed at when visiting Japan. Right across the street is the Yakohoma Art Museum and then a 4 minute walk there’s a huge shopping center in the landmark tower where you can take a super fast elevator to the top floor to view Japan. There’s so many restaurant options and shopping. I loved staying at this hotel. There was also a delicious restaurant in the hotel that we dined at. It was Japanese take on Italian. I enjoyed it very much. The hotel also has a pool. We loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Pros: Relatively close to station, with lots of basic shopping nearby. Kids playground nearby. Will hold your luggage after checkout if needed so don't need to store in lockers at station if not leaving right away. Clean rooms. Japanese staff friendly and mostly helpful. Bathroom and tables in lobby to sit. Open design/interesting design inside. Convenience store right across from street. Cons: Lobby doesn't allow any food or drink and no place to eat snacks at a table. Smallish rooms, and shower is Western style vs separate shower/bath. "
