The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! The price was very doable for the days that we were there, and we were only a 10-15 minute walk from Avignon city center. The room was spacious and very comfy and the manager was very accommodating. We were traveling from the United States, and had a number of issues both on the trip getting to France and leaving, but the manager was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this part of France again. "

Unfortunatley it wold seem that this property is run by a criminal organisation, as they charged me twice for my room (Cash onsite and then took money from my credit card). I tried contacting them by Mail / Phone but without success. They did not acknowledge that i had tried to contact them. A bunch of crooks !!!"
