Overall a fairly standard hotel with good snd bad points Room - floors were not clean and we saw ants several times. The bed and pillows were uncomfortably hard. Nice bathroom. They only clean the room when you hang out the sign. Location - this is only a good location if you have a car. If not you will spend a fortune on transportation to the train stations and central Avignon. Food & Drink - we ate 1 dinner and 1 breakfast at the hotel. It was tasty. There is a small bar area and they will bring your drinks out to the pool area. Grounds- there is a pool which we enjoyed although the water was very cold in mid September. There is a pretty garden area with tables and chairs and very nice landscaping on the property Staff - 5 stars! They were all very friendly and helpful. Every encounter was a pleasure.

Good location Great staff Room a but small But my stay was ruined by a group of elderly Germans (big bus on the parking lot), very very noisy unfortunately turning this cost peacefull place into a noisy crowded place I went down for breakfast at 8:50 and turned back to my room because there was not a place to seat because of the German bus I understand groups are an interesting source of revenue but in smaller hotels like this one they are a major nuisance to other guests

$12eu for Uber from TGV to this hotel after traveling all day to find out there is nothing to eat within walking distance in the afternoon... not the hotels fault. We should have stayed in Avignon... it's only $14eu from TGV to 20+ hotels and 30+ restaurants. That said... this hotel lived up to the Best Western standards we are use too by offering a good night's sleep in a beautiful rural setting.

Excellent stay at Best Western Plus Avignon – Highly recommended! We just stayed at the Best Western Plus Avignon and overall found it to be a very good hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and one of the highlights of our stay. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The gym is quite small and could definitely use some improvement/expansion, but it still worked for basic workouts. We walked about 35 minutes to the shopping area and the historic castle walls. The route goes through a neighborhood that feels a bit sketchy in places, but we did the walk safely both ways with no issues. Once you reach the old town and walls, it’s beautiful and worth it. Would definitely stay here again for the great facilities, service, and value. Thank you to the team!

I really like staying at this Best western. It was only a short drive to Avignon France and had a lot of good restaurants within a short distance. A car or Uber was definitely required. The hotel was top class. The rooms were large and well appointed and not to be brand new. The staff was wonderful. We liked the hotel so much that we booked at best Western for our next stay.

This is a lovely hotel to stay in and we had connecting rooms which was brilliant. Check in was very easy and staff were polite. The only down size is that the hotel is not in walking distance to the main part of Avignon. The pool and garden areas are lovely and relaxing.

Great safe parking. Gated hotel. Comfy bed. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast. Awesome staff. Only negative comment is that their website needs to state that their restaurant is NOT open on Sundays. Otherwise we had a great time swimming and site seeing there. We would definitely recommend!!

The property was nice! The only problem is that in Avignon They don’t turn on the air conditioner till May. It was quite warm outside. The staff was nice enough to let use a fan.
