Good people good hotel
Nice hotel with amazing views from the terrace… the host is also amazing left my phone charger and they kept it for me until I got it back! Only downside is there’s no breakfast

Thank you for taking the time to rate us. Thank you for your valuable comments. Currently, the cost calculation is challenging us, as prices are very variable in the Turkish economy. When the inflation problem is resolved, we want to make healthier pricing and re-offer the breakfast service.

The staff were a lovely family who were super hospitable, warm, and friendly . Also the breakfast was amazing as well as the view from the breakfast area. We also loved the cave feel and the modern/ updated bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Romantic night
We stayed one night in a nice and big room with a view on the balloons in the morning. They can be spotted on the terrace too. Well located, with various places to have dinner or go by the river Thank you !

Hotel'in olduğu Avanos bölgesi çok güzel. Ama ne yazık ki kaldığım oda da ne yazık ki TV yoktu.Oda da Cam hiç yoktu.

Merhabalar odamızdan memnun kalmadığınız için üzüntümüzü belirtmek isteriz. Konakladığınız oda ekonomik oda olarak geçmektedir televizyonsuz ve sadece kapı üstü aydınlatması olması nedeniyle fiyatı diğer odalardan çok daha uygundur. Bu dezavantajlarını fiyat performansa göre yansıtmaya çalıştık. Eğer rahatsızlığınızı dile getirseydiniz ikinci gece başka bir odamızda sizi ağırlayabilirdik. Ekonomik odamız (Ali Efendi Odası) kimileri için deliksiz uyku uyunan ve en sakin kitap okunulan oda olarak anılırken kimi misafirlerimizin klostrofobik tepkileri olabiliyor. Biz bu nedenle oda bilegilerinde penceresiz ve televiyonsuz olduğunu gösteren fotoğraflar koyduk. Umarım bir daha ki sefere sizi başka odalarımızda ağırlama şansına sahip oluruz. İyi günler dileriz

Très belle chambre, Belle vue sur la ville, belle terrasse. la literie n'était pas nette. L'état de propreté n'était pas au top. Beaucoup de poussière.

Bonjour, merci pour votre note et vos commentaires. Nos chambres et notre literie sont toujours propres. Vous avez séjourné dans notre hôtel pendant 3 jours. Si vous aviez précisé que vous souhaitiez un nettoyage quotidien du linge, nous l'aurions fourni. Certains de nos clients ne veulent pas entrer dans leur chambre tous les jours, et certains d'entre eux ne veulent pas que les draps soient changés tous les jours parce qu'ils sont écologistes. Nous laissons également nos clients qui restent plus d'un jour seuls, sauf indication contraire. La chambre dans laquelle vous séjournez fait partie d'un manoir centenaire en pierres volcaniques naturelles. Ce que vous voyez n'est pas de la poussière ou de la saleté, mais de petites particules qui se déversent du plafond voûté en pierre naturelle en raison de l'échange de chaleur entre le jour et la nuit. La spécialité de ce lieu est de séjourner dans des chambres faites de grottes et de pierres naturelles. Il y a des structures en béton armé en Cappadoce, vous pouvez les choisir la prochaine fois, ou nous avons aussi des chambres avec des plafonds en bois, si vous nous aviez fait votre réclamation, nous aurions dépassé ces chambres. Passe une bonne journée.

The best vacation ever / En iyi tatil
Without the second thought Avanos is the one of the best place to accommodate in Cappadocia. In Avanos Bayer Stone House is the best place for it. Location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel has an amazing Kızılırmak river scenery (morning/night). Area is quiet and calm. Rooms are decorated wonderfully. All you need is available at the rooms. If there is something needed, please ask to them, and most probably they will handle it. Most importantly, thanks to Hayrettin and Eda Bayer, you will feel yourself at your home. In other words, you won’t feel yourself as a customer but a guest of Hayrettin and Eda Bayer. My last suggestion to you is that chat with Hayrettin and Eda Bayer, they have enough knowledge about the area and other many things. Kapadokya gezilerinde hiç düşünülmeden seçilmesi gereken bölgelerden birinin Avanos olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Avanos bölgesinde de bundan sonra kalacağımız tek yer Bayer Stone House olur. Konumu gerçekten çok güzel. Harika bir Kızıl Irmak manzarası mevcut (gecesi ayrı, gündüzü ayrı). Sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede yer alıyor. Odalar gerçekten çok güzel dekore edilmiş. Gerekli olan hemen hemen her şey odalarda mevcut. Odalarda olmayan ya da eksik gelen bir şeyi hiç çekinmeden isteyebilirsiniz, mevcutsa anında karşılanıyor. En önemlisi işletmecileri Hayrettin ve Eda Bayer sizi konaklayan bir müşteri olarak değil sanki Avanos’ a gelen misafirleriymiş gibi ağırlıyorlar.

er nice place
Everything was great. The staffs was very friendly family. It was very clean and comfortable. The house is located in the old town, the view from the terrace was very nice. Can see the Red river and Air balloon early in the morning

Çokkk samimi butik bir işletme... Hakikatten evdeymiş gibi 2 gün konakladık. Avanosun tepesinde harika manzaralı, güzel kahvaltılı, tertipli ve şık ambianslı odaları vede harika işletmeci çift... 10 ay evvel açılmış bu otelin samimiyetini ve rahatlığını umarim konaklayan misafirler bilirki işletmeci bu rahat ve samimi konsepti yılmaz ve herzaman aynı kalır... Son olarak tekrar seyahat etmek isteyeceğimiz kapadokya bölgesinde yine Avanos ilçesinde kalmayı kesinlikle tercih ederiz çünkü tarihi, imkanli ve tarihi ilce ve tabikide Avanos ta tecrübe edip memnun kaldığımız Bayer Stone House kesinlikle tercih ederiz.

Fiyat kalite bakımından harika ötesiydi 3 gece için iki kişi 400 lira ödedik ama lüks bi odada kaldık harika demek bile az kalır ayrıca otel sahipleri de çok iyi davrandılar
