"Room was nice and clean, hotel itself was nice. Loved decor and artwork throughout. Cafe options for quick food or drinks could be better. Graffiti cafe wasn’t great. I had to order via an app and go pick it up which is fine, Room delivery wasn’t an option. The issue is that They tacked on 18% gratuity for a hot coffee, cold iced brew and eggs with bacon and potatoes. I didnt notice until after I added tip and paid. Parking is very pricey so we parked around the corner for a 1/3 of the price. Overall I’d give it 7/10."
