"It’s not completely the hotel’s fault, but it sounded like the people next door had 4 kids and a couple of adults in there and they were screaming and yelling until after 1am and started with a thud at 7:45am the next morning. I finally complained in the morning, but I never heard a knock or phone call."

"This place was fantastic. Having the option of doing laundry on the spot, a nice hot tub to unwind after a long work day, and a great taco place next door was a plus. The breafkast in the morning had a big variety, and having options for purchase at the lobby was also nice. Taylor was fantastic in the nigth shift."

"The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...

"Frigerator left in hall for 3 days. Loud noises through thin walls. Rude and unhelpful desk staff. Not pleasant 😕 trashcan was left IN toilet and shower had dirty, used rag left by cleaning staff."
