"Recently stayed at this lovely hotel! The staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient, I don't think I have ever checked into a hotel that quickly! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only thing I found confusing was where to enter the hotel as it can't be seen from where you pull in the parking lot, it's on the opposite end of the building, but then very easy to pull in the parking deck."

"Only gripe is that there is no common area to sit and relax. No breakfast offered. Because this hotel has small kitchenettes in each room, it is better equipped for someone who will be staying for several days and would desire to cook their own meals in the room. There are better options in the area for guests who only need a night or two and want a hotel bar, breakfast, and common areas."

They came by everyday and restocked (I always have an issue with this at the higher end hotels). -Beds were comfy (minus the bed cover) -New A/C unit Cons: -Room had a smell -Pool closed 2/3 days we were there -Breakfast hours were inconvenient for us so we didn't partake thus adding to our expenses of eating out (6am-8am) -No closet, has a weird built in divider (Note to hotel: This item needs to be restored/Painted or replaced...

"I was really impressed by the staff's communication and friendliness. I received a call during my layover before I got to Austin, and they told me they didn't have any rooms left with two queens. They gave me another room with a king without additional charges. They were so kind and accommodating. If I am ever in Austin again, I am absolutely staying there. "
