Had to pay three times more than the standard rate a pet fee, for one night, totally ridiculous, I understand it was Masters week, however I was in town for Business, not the Masters and had no choice, this was daylight robbery. John

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. Sorry you were upset with the rates for your stay. These rates are set up to a year in advance and it's a rate everyone has to pay regardless if they're going to the Master's or not. We do appreciate you staying with us.

I have some spinal problems and booked a wheelchair accessible room I had just returned home from being out of state for 4 months and the staff was absolutely amazing from the moment I checked in

surprised of the remodeling
The hotel was nice. Just like to have known they were remodeling. The hotel lobby and setting for eating was full of mattress.

This was a nice hotel staff were friendly room was clean it was just the shower was leaking around the bottom where it started molding and when we would leave and come back there would be water on the floor. But for the most part the hotel was nice.

The rooms are in bad need of proper cleaning and/or a facelift. The carpets are badly stained. There were at least 10 bad stains in my room and close to the same in my parent’s room. The tap in the bath had mineral blockage, the blind was damaged, and there was some hair around. I wouldn’t stay again

It’s a fine stay. Got the room specifically because I knew it had a fridge that we needed for traveling with holiday food. We stayed for a quick overnight. It was clean but looked aged. The air conditioner (not heater) stayed on all night but never felt cold. It was 41 degrees outside. The hot food was really limited and sausage was just barely cooked. I stayed in the Home2 in Columbia last year and it was newer with better food. Allow dogs but not really anywhere to take them except a little corner of the lot or along the road. Pillows were a suggestion.

The lady working the front desk when we checked in was absolutely wonderful. She was so personable and bubbly. The room was fantastic. It had a queen bed a pool out sofa pretty much a full kitchen and was super clean. It was absolutely wonderful.

It was a nice room though I did kill a roach on our first night there. The top hinge on the door to the room was loose so the door was rubbing and we had to lift up on the handle to ease the friction. It was pretty noisy opening and closing the door. But, overall it was a nice room. The full fridge was really nice. It was a good stay.
