"We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the staff was very respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again."

"Check in was extremely delayed. The front desk team were doing their best. There was a massive back up with turning the rooms over which backed up the check in process. Once in the room the mattress was TERRIBLE!!! I had to take pillows and make a bed on the floor. It was my worst experience. I stayed there many years ago when the property first became a Hyatt house and it was an amazing experience. It became my preferred property when in town but after this I will not be reserving here again...

"I booked this last minute through Expedia and paid for my room online. When I checked out, the hotel also charged me for the room. Now I have to deal with getting the room charged reserved. Also, after a long day of traveling, the hotel had no bottled water for purchase."

"The hotel was comfortable enough to accommodate us when our flight was canceled. The room was furnished well, though the bed wasn't the most comfortable. One note for other travelers: if you want to take advantage of the free shuttle, call the hotel to arrange a pickup time. The shuttle reservation process was easy and the drivers helpful."
