"The room was very spacious and clean. The hostess was extremely helpful and gave great suggestions. The breakfast was great and the hostess also asked for our choice of eggs. The best part was that it was at a walkable distance from all the major attractions (Vatican, Trevi, Colosseum and Pantheon). Would definitely recommend this place."

"Best room we've had in my entire 11 nights tour in Italy where we stayed in 5 other hotels before arriving at Sant' Anna hotel. Size of room was big (relative to the other rooms elsewhere), and the room deco had a "wow" effect when we opened the door. Best of all, lots of table space to place luggage, lots of clothes hangers and functional amenities. I am a tea drinker but you just can’t beat Italian coffee! Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a few soft spots but overall, we had an excellent stay and I highly recommend. "
