"Great hotel to stay while waiting to fly out of Auckland International Airport! Convenient free airport shuttle! Lovely buffet breakfast!! Friendly staff!!"

"Great location, easy transportation from the airport. Easy walk to the port and downtown sights. The biggest problem was they had an elevator out of order for our whole stay. Really caused a problem. And you recieved no discount for the sky tower for staying in the sky tower hotel. "

"Staff at reception and valet were particularly helpful and professional. We were upgraded and provided a mini bar credit which was a really nice touch. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was a little noisy but other than that the place was great and would definitely stay again. "
