"Amazing property!"

"So helpful was everyone!! Breakfast from 6 am to 10 am is a bonus for people needing up early and on the road or late sleepers like me. Decent selection of edibles too. Pool looks nice but didn't use. Lobby very nice, brightly colored, nice lighting and with a gas fireplace. They stock snacks and odds n ends for about any need. Good lighting for parking areas. I plan on visiting hotel again when in the Phenix City, Columbus, Ft. Benning area. GA border about 1/4 mile from hotel as the crow flies. Piedmont Midtown Hosp is only 15 mins away, aka about 5 miles. Stop lights make trip 15 mins. You won't be disappointed."

"The mini fridge took forever to cool our drinks we brought in. The furniture was disjointed and not practical for use. The room had a sink just on the wall across the room from the fridge and coffee maker. There was no table to sit and eat at despite me booking the suite. Not sure how that's supposed to be 'well designed'. I understand it is supposed to be smaller than other hotels but a lot of the space is actually wasted in the suite instead of being practical. "

"Room was clean and updated. Employees were courteous and helpful. Air conditioner kept the room cool. The hotel was in a quiet area. Great place to stay. Plenty of room. "

"Just was not crazy about the room Decor! I had booked a third night thru the actual hotel, months before our stay, and come Sunday night, very late, our keycard did not let us in and then they said they had no info on my reservation for the third night. We were also told housekeeping had already cleaned our room, WITH ALL OF OUR THINGS IN IT! And OUR BELONGINGS MAY OR MAY NOT STILL BE THERE! It was a long stressful Process of just getting rechecked in and given a key to see if our things were still there! "

"Booked a King but 3 were under construction and the other 2 were already full. The were empathetic and tried to give us the best 2Q they had. Nice older motel. Nice folks. Would stay again."
