"Almost 100% sure I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub in it. Checked in and didn't have a jacuzzi tub. They told us there isn't a room with a jacuzzi tub on the property. Their website clearly states they do have these rooms. We then asked about a roll away bed and were told they had none. Then during checkout housekeeping snagged 2 pops which is whatever. Seriously will never be staying here again! Clean property and clean rooms but not the greatest customer service!"

"Air conditioning was very loud. no ice on 2nd or 3rd floor. Out of order signs looked very old. Asked for more coffee and sugars 3 days in a row, never got them. At one point I was told they ran out. But when I walked by the cleaning cart it was loaded with coffee sugar and creamer. ( No I didn't take them from cart) When I signed in they said I had to pay a $25 deposit, This is after my non refundable $600 was already paid. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately they never followed through with the coffee. A lot of little thing but enough to make me never go there again."

"The 2nd shift staff and Mr. Phil in the morning made this hotel stay by far the best ever, they were entertaining, excited and engaging. 1st shift front of house staff could use some training, they acted as if they didn't even want to be there, as if we were a bother to their day."
