"Our stay was 8/1-8/5/25 as a family of 8.The room itself was fine. Clean 2 Bdrms very spacious and 3 bthrms was nice.AC didnt work in one bdrm but we just lived with it. Communication was quick and efficient. The coffee shop was also very good. That’s where the positives ended. The hotel itself is a trashcan. Not once did I even see housekeeping much less give us clean towels or clean our room.1 of the working elevators def wasn’t working properly. NEITHER had any posted/dated inspection by the...

"This experience was horrible. We paid a large amount of money and the place was filthy and very messy. The communication was even worse. Different phone numbers kept reaching out about photo ID for security, but when we sent it to one number another number would say the same thing. Even after we were in the condo. The photos didnt match what we were given. It was almost like the place was stripped of everything. No blankets, or anything. We took photos of how bad it was."

"I had reserved and paid for two VRBO properties and both of them cancelled on me. The first one the next day and the second one 4 months after I had paid in full. I then went to Expedia and found this Luxe Property in Atlantic City. Although it was a bit of a longer distance from the dance competition we were attending, it turned out to be a great choice. Our host, Ezinne, communicated prior to our trip and updated me with amenities that were added to her property. The home was very clean and...

"This property is the worse, the pictures on expedia are nothing compared tp what you get in the toom, the beds are so low and thin they look like toddlers beds, the tv in only in the living room and its the aize of a laptop, the sofa bed is a walmart type sofa bed, I come here frequently and have rented this suites before but somethings changed and now its a very crappy place, i will not come back to this hotel again. Totally not recommend if i could i would give 0 stars. Good luck if you dont...
