The rooms were incredibly dirty. Sticky dresser, handle in the bathroom had white sticky substance on it (old soap or toothpaste), crumbs on the floor, the overhead light in the bathroom had dead bugs and rust. It was incredibly disappointing.

Front desk staff at check in was probably among the top 3 worst customer service experiences I've ever had. She was apparently on her cell phone via airpods and became very annoyed with me when I thought she was talking to me during my check-in, kind of funny now that i think of it. Entire hotel smelled like an ashtray, my room was boarder line disgusting, bathroom was scary, rugs looked like instant disease if you touched it without protection. I didn't even go in the casino because the hotel made me feel like I had already lost every last penny.

The parking smelled like urine. And they gave us the only room tower which was NOT renovated. This was a complete disappointment. It was on the third floor and not an ocean view.

First room we were in had all the windows covered with film. Unable to see the sky. Unable to see anything outside. When we went to ask for another room we did receive. However, was originally told that this is what you booked. Can’t say I agree with this in that I just wanted a non-smoking king room. I wasn’t aware that you had to specifically ask to see the the sky. Noted for next time I book a hotel room.

We stayed at the Dennis Tower and the clib/bar was right outside pur room. The misic was blasting until early morning. Extremely annoying and difficult to sleep. Bring your earplugs or ask for another room.

The room was absolutely beautiful especially the soaking tub and the view !! However the woman who checked us in was very short with us and appeared to not really want to be working. She barely spoke to us and after handing us the room key never gave us any directions on how to get to the room, the number of the room,have a great stay nothing !! Everyone else was very nice to us. Maybe she was having a bad day but is that really my fault? It really had us wondering if we did something wrong because the couple in front of us got laughs and jokes and friendly lady we got mad at the world lady …

I liked tht we were on the casino floor so it was very convenient. We were in this room where the tv was super small and very far away from the bed. It was very weird. Also a lot of the restaurants were closed down. The pool was only for adults on Spring Break. I don’t think they had enough staff I waited all night until the morning for pillows. Let’s not forget the drug heads walking all around the hotel. Unless the prices come down I don’t think I would stay here again and Ballys is usually my favorite spot to stay.

My room was updated and beautiful. There’s only one bar in the casino and the carpeting makes it seem old. There are cheap dining options and two $$$$ but nothing moderate.

I like the convenient location and the room was good. A plug didn’t work and I went to the shop and spent $31 on a cord before realizing it was a bad plug. Check other sockets before believing it’s your equipment. Also, can you please add a microwave. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Bally’s has been renovated and the rooms are modern and fresh. We have always loved its location to a lot of what Atlantic City has to offer. The check-in and checkout process along with parking is great and staff at the hotel and casino were great. We were traveling with kids for a tournament, and they felt welcome and thought it was cool walking through the casino to get to the boardwalk. I do wish they had more options for coffee and breakfast in the morning. And maybe a more kid friendly option for the later evening. We ended up having to leave the restaurant because of the late hours no one under 21 is permitted in the restaurant I guess and The Dunkin’ Donuts line was too long every morning.

The entire place should be demolished. 1970’s cheesy carpet. No high end restaurants. The rooms are disgusting with mold on the light fixtures and and shower plate dislodged. The room where we stayed had absolutely no view as the windows were frosted so to prevent the light from coming in and to obstruct the view. The smell of pot was everywhere. I would never come back to Bally’s.

When we checked in there was a problem they said it was Expedia's fault. They said my reservation was canceled. I made this reservation in December of 2023. They finally figured it out and they upgraded me to a suite. The room was dated and dirty. We had to keep calling to get stuff that should have been in the room. The property itself is not clean. There aren't many food options.
