Front desk staff at check in was probably among the top 3 worst customer service experiences I've ever had. She was apparently on her cell phone via airpods and became very annoyed with me when I thought she was talking to me during my check-in, kind of funny now that i think of it. Entire hotel smelled like an ashtray, my room was boarder line disgusting, bathroom was scary, rugs looked like instant disease if you touched it without protection.
I didn't even go in the casino because the hotel made me feel like I had already lost every last penny.
