"My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

"The rooms are awesome. It's a queen suite and has everything I needed down to dishes. I WILL stay here again when coming to the beach ⛱️. The room doors have a code and not a card to have to keep up with. If you are like me I lay the card down and forget about it and run to the car and now I'm locked out. Here it's a code and I like that a lot. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Hell, I could live here."

The first room had rodents, the second room had cockroaches, and the third room was dirty and infested with bugs. After reporting these issues multiple times, we were informed that there were no other rooms available. "The location is awesome. Sheets had dried blood stains in them, towels were washed but stained, someone left a towel( not a hotels) behind the bathroom door. There was a 3/4 of an inch gap in the door when closed."

"We love staying at the Dream Inn. It is perfect for us. Right on the beach, with a refreshing pool for when the waves in the ocean are too rough. The patio deck is perfect for people watching while having breakfast or lunch. It is in a quiet part of Daytona beach with a couple of eateries within walking distance.
