"⭐☆☆☆☆ Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. One of my family members had to change rooms three times during our stay. The first room had rodents, the second room had cockroaches, and the third room was dirty and infested with bugs. After reporting these issues multiple times, we were informed that there were no other rooms available. Because the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic health and sanitation standards, we had no choice but to leave and find...

"The location is awesome. Sheets had dried blood stains in them, towels were washed but stained, someone left a towel( not a hotels) behind the bathroom door. There was a 3/4 of an inch gap in the door when closed."

"We love staying at the Dream Inn. It is perfect for us. Right on the beach, with a refreshing pool for when the waves in the ocean are too rough. The patio deck is perfect for people watching while having breakfast or lunch. It is in a quiet part of Daytona beach with a couple of eateries within walking distance. "My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. "We were in an ocean view balcony studio. When we first walked in, everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. As we checked around the studio, which really was a separate bedroom and a separate living room kitchen. The door to the balcony in the bedroom was totally inoperative so we could not use that balcony. The door to the balcony in the living room worked, but you could not lock it. There was no thermostat in the room to give you any temperature control. The way they had it set....
