"My stay at the Connally Hotel was awesome. Your front office staff especially Chris was very pleasant and helpful. The kitchen staff were also very respectful and pleasant. The room was received clean and we were not disturbed. The bed was comfortable and we had warm water for the duration of my mom and I stay. I also liked the fact that the hotel was in walking distance of fast food and the fresh market and other areas. My only concern would be the limitation to tip the staff, due to the e-tip platform not accepting debit cards issued outside the USA. The hotel need to have another option for tipping the staff should the e-tip option not be available to some guests. Regards Tania Rhoden, CPP, PSP."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Phoenix Hotel in Atlanta! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. One of the sweetest things was how kind they were to our daughter, Rae. At check-in, the staff surprised her with little gifts, and it absolutely made her day! It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we’ll remember from our trip. ❤️ Everyone we encountered was so helpful and accommodating, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making their guests feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in such a convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Atlanta. We would definitely stay at the Phoenix Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our family’s stay so special!"

"Very pleasant surprised. Wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was great for 3 nights compared to other hotels in the area. But the staff was amazing. Super nice always asking if we needed anything. They even texted me. Super helpful with the shuttle to the airport. Very comfortable and clean. Only think bad I have to say is no microwave in the room but there is one in the lobby so didn’t bother me much."

"parking is not included, fair warning. valet for your car overnight is $60 a night (park in the garage across the street, it’s half as expensive). valet drivers are push and a little rude. they tried to take my keys from me while i was unloading my luggage and got mad when i wouldn’t hand them over even when i didn’t want to valet my car. hotel is decent and clean. a nice pool area and coffee shop on the third floor. one of the elevators didn’t work which caused traffic sometimes, but we were there for a music festival so that is to be expected"
