First room they put us in the fridge had leaked and carpet was all wet. I didn’t notice until I had unpacked all the bathroom stuff and hung up clothes. Once I got ready for a shower and took my shoes off, it was soaked. We called and they immediately had someone show up with new room key. Next room was on street side and traffic and bar noise kept us up. But what was worse, there is construction on entrance to parking and every time a car enters the parking it hits a big metal ramp sounding like a bomb going off. After an exhausting trip, I’m laying here wondering if I should pack everything up for a 3rd try. As we are in town for a celebration of life service, I really need some sleep to be mentally and physically ready to face the day. But I’m just too tired to pack and unpack and lug everything again. The room is nice, the staff is great but a what sounds like a bomb going off outside your window every few minutes is not acceptable. Kinda wish I would’ve stuck with wet icky carpet.

The room was beautiful; The only issue was bathroom tissue handle was broken and the sink handle was a bit loose. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and the other accommodations were great.

My husband and i got a huge allergic reaction after sleeping in the room. It looked clean at first sight, i always check for bed bugs but a few hours after laying in the bed we started to feel super itchy. It seems to me that they won’t clean for change the sheets if they look “clean” absolutely unacceptable.

I have only one criticism: we were there for Monday and Tuesday nights. On Tuesday night there were inadequate parking spaces in the garage. The person entering immediately behind us had to park in a charging station. NOT COOL. Several years ago, at another place down the street, we had the same problem and had to park off site in an unmonitored vacant lot. Good way to lose business!!
