"When we arrived late at night, their system was down. I had to wait in the lobby with my child in the middle of the night for about 20-30 minutes, after travelling. They eventually put us in a room, but I had to come back to the front desk the next day to get keys and give them my credit card. Also, their pool was closed, and my kid was looking forward to playing in it.
The staff was very friendly though!"
"Check-in took over an hour after valet parking & waiting for the check-in line. App check-in was not functioning properly.
Room was tidy but in need of deeper cleanings & repairs. There was a rust pool under the toilet & the bathroom wall was peeling next to the sink. Carpet had several stains & felt dirty under foot. The walls outside of the elevator on our floor were dingy & in need of scrubbing. I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels in better condition.
Pool was nice, having a Starbucks available & other amenities was a plus. But really disappointed in the overall state of the hotel outside of the main lobby. "
