"I luv coming to The Hilton Atlanta & They Attended To What My Problem Waz & Fix It !"

"We were able to check in 2.5 hours early which was a huge plus! I assume we had to do the virtual check-in because of that. It went fine except the scanning of the backside of my ID took multiple attempts until an on-site staff member helped me out. The room was clean and on-site parking was nice and felt secure. We received fresh towels daily as well as having the rest of our room freshened up. It seems like a lot of hotels no longer do this unless requested. It was very nice to not have to ask for clean towels. The day we were to check-out we received a call promptly at 10am telling us check-out was at 11:00. Yep...we were already told that upon check-in. We did not request a reminder. My boyfriend did have a question for them a few minutes later and when he called the front desk or whoeever answered that line all they would say is, "It's 11." No matter what he said or how he reworded the question it seemed this person did not know much English and could not comprehend what he was even saying. You have to use your keycard to access the parking area. We couldn't even get back tonour car because they had already deactivated the room key before 10:30! I was frustrated because I thought we would have to deal with a virtual person to get them to attempt to reactivate it so we could leave. Thankfully there was a guy behind the desk who called me ovwr cause he knew what issue I was having. These issues in the last 30 minutes of our stay made us feel rushed out unfortunately..."

"The staff were all friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Hotel is in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to the Aquarium and the World of Coke and to local restaurants like Hard Rock without any issues during the day. The hotel room was a bit musty smelling but I think it just needs an update and the carpet needs to be replaced with hardwood of some kind to help with smell. The beds were comfortable and it was helpful to have a sitting area since we were there for 5 days. We enjoyed our stay overall and would go back."

"Nothing beats Southern hospitality and the Embassy Suites tops my list. The staff were amazing. The accommodations exactly what we needed. My only ding is that i really wanted biscuits and gravy in the breakfast line up. With the exception of the made to order omelets, the breakfast was very close to what you can get at other hotels. "
