"We would absolutely stay at the Poseidon Athens hotel again. We loved the proximity to the beach. The hotel was quaint and had fabulous staff. They could have not been more helpful, particularly as we navigated a taxi strike! The breakfast was incredible and so fresh. The hotel is very close to the tram line that goes directly into the heart of Athens, making it a very affordable and convenient way to travel. "

At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."

"This a classic old school family operated Greek Hotel. The owner and his family are very kind. Bring mid January by the sea, I was the only guest. My room was clean, quiet and warm. It’s not fancy but very nice. Breakfast was traditional Greek. "

The doors between rooms didn’t close without force , the toilet seat half off. All small things but as this was out most expensive night of the trip it fell below all out other experiences.
