Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open the door. He was not pleasant to speak with and ultimately unhelpful.
The rooms are absolutely not sound proof and we could hear people from upstairs walking around and moving furniture. The glass door to the patio also lets in a lot of sound and the area has busy traffic. Snacks, drinks and coffee all cost money and the only complimentary items were two small bottles of water. Fridge was unplugged and originally not working. Bathroom was very small.
Not worth the money and I would recommend skipping this hotel.
