"Das Hotel befindet sich in einem äußerst unangenehmen Viertel. In der Umgebung waren ständig Drogenabhängige und Obdachlose anzutreffen, was ein sehr unsicheres und unangenehmes Gefühl vermittelt hat. Das Personal war überwiegend unprofessionell, respektlos und passiv-aggressiv. Mehrfach wurde vor Gästen auf Griechisch gesprochen und offensichtlich über andere Gäste gelästert unter anderem auch über mich. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein Hotel absolut unakzeptabel.
