チェックイン時。 受付が態度悪い。 館内ルールの説明が出来ない上、仏頂面。 横で見ているのにフォローしない先輩らしき受付スタッフ。レベル低。 さらに、夕食開始時間が17時か20時しか選べないという。それは極端すぎないないか？というと渋々18時半でもいいと言い始める。 15時ちょうどにチェックインしてるのに、なんで18時半の枠を締め切ってるのか不明。どんなオペレーション？ やりとりを見て見ぬふりの支配人。 キャンセルして帰ろうかと思う不快レベル。 正月、一泊1人5万円超える料金をとりながら、 部屋にお茶菓子の用意もない。 部屋、館内カビ臭い。 ただ、受付以外のスタッフはみなさん丁寧で好感持てた。 チェックアウト時、受付に領収書発行をお願いすると30分待たされた挙句、発行できないと言われる。支配人、またも横で見てみぬふり。

建物は古いですが、清潔でした。 3人で泊まりましたがお部屋がとても広くて快適でした。 お風呂が、浴場に行くまで歩くので、濡れた足で歩くのが少し怖かったり、特に露天風呂は大浴場と別場所にあるのですが、なかなかの岩場で足元が怖かったです。 日がくれてから行かない方がいいです（笑） お食事はビュッフェで、種類も多く、とても美味しかったです。 従業員のかたはどのセクションの方もとても感じが良かったです。 また伺います

大幅なリノベをするようだが、施設が古く、廊下や部屋がしみ込んだ古い臭いがした。温泉も露天1つと内風呂が別で、男女時間で入れ替え制。内風呂のサウナは1つしかなく、水風呂も無し。内風呂は洗い場と湯船の動線悪く、写真は綺麗だったが、実物はイマイチで残念。ビュッフェも目玉的なものが無く、熱海だけど海鮮も種類少なくイマイチでした。 wifiも無し。

スタッフの差が凄過ぎて・・・ホテルはホスピタリティ頑張って！

客室、露天風呂、景色、食事は最高でしたが駐車場のおじさんの態度が物凄く悪くビックリしました！（命令系で言いっ放し御礼も無くホテル！？ホスピタリティー！？の言葉とは縁遠い物凄く気分が悪いままの入館になってしまいました。）12：30頃の施設はどんよりしていてスタッフも暗く活気を維持するには連泊するにはランチ等があったり日帰り入湯出来るシステムがあればと思いました。外観とは違い室内がとても綺麗だったのとレストランが良いのにこのお値段はとても良かったのでまた来たいと思いましたが11月で一度休館との事残念に思います。色々改善して頑張って頂きたいです！

Booked an oceanview room. Check in girl that served me was unfriendly but all the other staff were good. The view of the ocean was obscured by a tree and was on the first floor so very disappointed. I asked for a higher floor to get the view but same check in girl was unhelpful. Said nothing available without even looking at her computer. Maybe she doesn’t like Westerners. Otherwise it’s a nice place and the buffets were excellent.
